At Oaklynn we believe that hauora (well-being) and ako (teaching and learning) are at the heart of everything we do to support our ākonga (learners) and their whānau.
This mahi (work) can only happen in an environment where all relationships within our community are respectful, caring and built on trust and empathy. Our guiding values are whanaungatanga (creating a sense of belonging), awhinatanga (empathy and caring) and manaakitanga (integrity, sincerity and equity).
